Writers, why do we put so much pressure on ourselves to write every day, write thousands of words a day, stress about every little word and sentence, and feel awful whenever we take a break? 😫

Writing a book is one of the most exhausting, loneliest and time-consuming things you can do. 😳

So, if all you did today was write a few words, think about your novel, or scroll on Pinterest, that’s still a cause for celebration.

Your book will still be there tomorrow and next week.

Take time out to take care of yourself too.
